Co-Executive Director
Fritzsareth Gilmore—affectionately known as Fritzsa—has been a vibrant part of her community for over 30 years. Deeply influenced by her parents’ teachings of compassion and service, Fritzsa is dedicated to uplifting those in need. She actively lends her expertise as a board member of partner organizations, advising leadership teams and helping shape community-driven initiatives.
Beyond her service, Fritzsa is a savvy entrepreneur, always embracing new ventures with innovation and purpose.

As an accomplished operations leader and Assistant Director, Shanda A. Williams brings a wealth of expertise in strategic planning, logistics, and team development. Her ability to collaborate with key partners to create high-performing teams has made a lasting impact in every space she serves.
Having personally experienced food insecurity and homelessness in her youth, Shanda’s passion for community service and youth development runs deep. Her lived experiences fuel her commitment to creating opportunities and resources for those in need. With a strong foundation in critical thinking, organization, and strategic planning, Shanda is a powerhouse dedicated to driving meaningful change and advancing the mission of this organization.

With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Eve brings her expertise in social media, marketing, and administrative support to the EJ’s H.E.A.R.T. team. A longtime Norwalk resident, she is passionate about community engagement and public health, finding fulfillment in advancing the organization’s mission every day.
