Reaching Youth Through Exercise
The R.Y.T.E program (Reaching Youth Through Exercise) is for youth aged Kindergarten to High School. This program will promote mental and physical well-being by partnering with athletes and trainers who have achieved and performed at peak levels in their individual fields. The youth will participate in exercise clinics. There will also be nutrition classes to promote healthy and sustainable eating habits. Additionally, the athletes and trainers will share personal stories of their experiences on and off the court/field in order to further engage and connect with youth and teach them about the possibilities that lie ahead.
